Anthony Baker is an ordained pastor and has been in full-time ministry for 38 years. He served as Senior Pastor in New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Missouri and many ministerial capacities throughout his career such as Chaplain, Church Planter, Youth Pastor, Evangelism Pastor, Christian Education Pastor, Young Adult Pastor, and Associate Pastor.

 

Currently, Pastor Baker serves as an associate pastor with Mosaic Bible Fellowship in KCMO.

 

Pastor Baker holds a Master of Divinity and a Master of Arts from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Kansas City, MO and a Bachelor of Arts and an Associates of Arts from Oklahoma Baptist University, Shawnee, OK. He completed 30 hours of post master doctoral courses at Midwestern.

In September of 2019 Pastor Baker launched Vision Life KC which is his online preaching and teaching ministry that airs through FaceBook and YouTube.

 

Pastor Baker conducts Pastor2Pastor Trainings which emphasizes pastoral Self-Care: Stress Management; Burnout Prevention; Ministry Performance Anxiety. 

 

Also he facilitates First Responder Trainings that encompasses First Responder Mental Health CPR Training: Suicide, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, and Grief.

 

Lastly he teaches Chaplaincy Trainings that teach participants "How to Start a Chaplaincy Ministry", "Chaplaincy and the Law", "Chaplaincy Foundations", and "Chaplaincy Spiritual Care".

 

In June of 2019 Pastor Baker founded the Jackson County Chaplaincy Ministry. A ministry that trains and commission chaplains to supply services to first responders, hospitals, hospices, schools, and disaster relief situations.

  

Pastor Baker served as the Department Chaplain and Counselor for the Jackson County Sheriff's Office from 2015 to 2022.
